У меня график потребления контента 2-3 часа в день. Поэтому исходил из 2х часов. Ну и в целом, если что-то хочется освоить, то надо под это дело пару часов ежедневно выделять. Если залпом поглащать информацию по 8 часов, слишком многое останется за кадром и вылетит из головы быстро.
По поводу изучения - даже и не знаю. И хочется и колется. Скорее поищу неизвестные или непонятные мне моменты. Наверное, так будет правильнее.

Шварцмюллер лучший препод на английском по всему что касается JS и около
я прошел 3 его курса и не видел более доходчивого объяснения так что много/мало не важно, важнее какой у вас уровень будет после прохождения, я тоже возьму думаю часть для ПРО будет полезной
